A Journey Rooted in Resilience and Purpose

Resolute AG Consulting was born during a time of uncertainty, both globally and personally. After nearly a decade of working in community development for a local government, Billie Roberts left local government following an administration change and in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Faced with the unexpected, she leaned into what I knew best: helping communities grow and thrive.

Thanks to trusted colleagues, two consulting opportunities landed in her lap, and she decided to take a step forward. With every project, she discovered that her 7 years of community development and project management experience equipped her to provide valuable, high-quality results in less time than most full-time roles required. She realized that as a contractor, she could meet the unique needs of organizations and localities—especially those working with grant funds—without the long-term staffing commitment that might strain their budgets.

Four years later, Resolute AG Consulting continues to take meaningful steps forward. We’ve recently restructured the business to expand our capacity, allowing us to partner more deeply with organizations, non-profits, and localities across the five-state Appalachian region. Our goal is simple: to help our clients deliver impactful projects on time, grow as organizations, and ultimately take pride in the work they do for their communities.
